Friday, December 16th
Day 5: Lights are all Aglow

Twinkling, shimmering, blinking….lights are very important during the holidays, don't you agree? What would a Christmas tree be without twinkling lights? And all those white icicle lights hanging on gutters all over America? So imagine how important lighting is in a studio environment! With the proper lighting, the talent and all the set elements will look fabulous! And who doesn’t want to look fabulous? Talent & shot blocking=excitement in the studio this morning as the lighting phase got underway!

And it is always nice to hear the kind words from our clients! It is like coming down the stairs on Christmas morning and finding that Santa did not eat all the cookies that were left out for him! What a treat!

Day 4: Wrapping it up!

While  many of you are wondering what to get grandma or Uncle Bob for Christmas(please, no ties!), our scenic crew is hard at work inside the KCRG studio. What is going on in there you may be asking? Well, ho, ho, ho, that, my friend, is one well- kept secret. It’s like that one special ingredient in an old time honored recipe that you don’t want to divulge. You keep it hush, hush and keep your everyone guessing!

You want hints? Well, how about hip, modern and hi-tech. (I see all you guys out there perked up with the mention of hi tech. We know you love the techie stuff!)

We just know you are begging for more. Here is a small peek into the studio….

Wed., December 14th
Day 3: Do we hear sleigh bells?

As the puzzle pieces come together, the new edition at KCRG takes shape. Acrylics, laminates, monitors and more, all mix together to create the new environment that will be the new KCRG! 

Excitement abounds from the staff to the management as everything gets put into place. It is like unwrapping gifts on Christmas morning….

And by all appearances, Christmas has come early to KCRG!

Tuesday, December 13th

Day Two:The buzz at KCRG!

Word has it that there is a lot of hustle and bustle going on inside the KCRG studio, sort of like what you might envision is going on in Santa’s workshop right now as the elves work hard to get all the presents ready for Santa’s sleigh!

Everything is humming right along as the parts to the puzzle are coming together!

Everyone at KCRG is excited about what is going on inside their studio!

A large semi- truck arrived this morning to a cold, overcast & rainy day at the KCRG studio, but inside the studio, things are heating up in a big way! Something new is brewing in Cedar Rapids and it isn’t coffee!
